The George A. Mitchell Mfg Company was founded by George A. Mitchell and the John H. Barton, in 1973. John Barton was the managing partner for our company until he passed away in 2004, after which George Mitchell took a more direct role in the management of the company and is currently the sole owner. The company broke ground for the Cookeville TN facility in 1973 and on January 7th, 1974 we opened for business and have been running strong ever since. Our success is due to the quality of the products we manufacture and the positive and helpful customer service we provide.
Our mission is to manufacture the highest quality parts for our customers and become the resource they need to keep them moving forward.
